Prospective Purchaser and/or Broker agree as follows:

The Confidential Information found on MalevRealty.com will be used solely to evaluate the Proposed Transaction and must be kept confidential. Malev Realty, LLC and the Property Owner do not make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the Property Information provided. The Prospective Purchaser and/or Broker hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Malev Realty, LLC and the Property Owner and their respective affiliates and successors and assigns against and from any loss, liability or expense, including attorney's fees arising out of any breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. Prospective Purchaser and/or Broker agree that the Property is being offered without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, or national origin.

You are hereby notified that any use, disclosure, dissemination, distribution, copying, other than for the sole purpose of evaluating a property for purchase, is strictly prohibited.
